Inspection Theory
KeyeTech caps vision inspection equipment detects appearance defects. Products transfer to a workstation via feeding devices. High-pixel images from customized industrial cameras & LED light sources uploads to KVIS-COULD AI Platform. AI algorithms analyzes, sorts "NG" and "OK" products, rejects defective products online via pneumatics. Software offers sample comparison standards for customers to select the most suitable standard for accuracy and defect rates.
After-Sale Service
l Equipment installation and adjustment service: After the equipment is delivered, engineer is dispatched according to the customer's requested date (within 7 days after machine's arrival) to be responsible for the on-site commissioning. The time is subject to the actual situation. Engineer will be in charge of installation, adjustment and training.
l Free daily maintenance services: Our company provides free remote operation and maintenance online services in Keye Tech AI COULD platform, particularly for the system updating, algorithm setting, software adjustment, etc.
l Offline Training Class: Our company have regular offline training plan every year including mechanics and software & algorithms, so domestic and foreign clients can send their engineers to participate (at their own expense).
